Super and educational XC schooling on Saturday. Found the holes and think we filled them. Jumped the water about 100x and figured out what I've been doing to contribute to our prior stops - just one stop this time and then worked on improving each time to the end result here which I'm thrilled with. Let's hope we can do it first time around at a competition. #eventing #xc #jumping

It's not the most glamorous video, but wanted to show what I ❤️ about the @lucindagreenacademy - little doable challenges each month I can do at home. This one was focused on hill work and jumping at the bottom of a hill. I've been working on the slope for the last 18 months and Q has gotten so much stronger. She did great! Just did it 2-3x as it's pretty intense work #xc #eventing #morganmare #eventinghorse

Great jump school with @toora_o yesterday! The little Cavaletti were the toughest exercise - esp to the left. The ears! You can tell when she's concentrating and when's she's "I got it!" (That's when they are forward) and loving her form over the fences although we were both lacking a little spark on the flat. Jet lag for me and been a while since we last jumped for her! #jumping #funtimes❤️

I had the most gorgeous time walking around Greenwich and catching up with my dear dear friend - so long overdue - we spent hours recounting the last 18+ years and plotting the future. Although it was a busy bank holiday Monday it was just perfect. Oh and it's Bridgerton country! #greenwich #meridian #london #oldfriends

Wellington Horse Trials was another super day on Sunday. They have put on an awesome event and it was only 20 mins from where I was staying which was even better. So fab to see some greats like @fox.pitt.eventing and @teamoconnor_eventing #eventing

Oh my word. What. A. Day. When @rachaelfaulkner1 suggested we fly to Ireland for the day to go see part of the @lisgarvan_house_international_ FEI eventing I thought, why not?! From the 4.30am start to the 11pm finish back in the UK it was action-packed and filled with amazing people! Highlights include: ✔️ 4* and 2* course walks with @lucinda_green
✔️ meeting @lissagreen88 in person along with her adorable baby, lovely partner, and cute but naughty dogs / and watching her ride Igor and Go On!
✔️ Catching up with @samwatson.irl and meeting his amazing mum!
✔️ meeting @lottielfaulkner IRL at last. What a treat!
✔️ meeting @lucindagreenacademy friends especially josephine!
✔️watching 🥇 @laura_collett ride Hester and then meeting her on a course walk!
✔️ seeing @mcnabeventing leave the start box
✔️only getting 🌧️ once during a 💨 but ☀️ day! Not to mention the stunning jumps and beautiful course in such a gorgeous location. 😍❤️

What a truly special day - and one I won't forget in a long time #irisheventing #eventing #friendships

Had the bestest of times with my dear, dear friend @debraroystonartist - we checked out the Elton John exhibit at the @vamuseum before lunch at old favorite in Covent Garden and quick wander around the shops. All over far too soon. I'll say it again, you don't get new old friends. #bff❤️ #london #goinghome
